כשנכנסים לאפליקציה מקבלים הודעה שצריך לעדכן אותה. כשלוחצים על אני רוצה לעדכן עכשיו אין שום גירסא חדשה שזמינה להורדה. בפועל לא ניתן להשתמש באפליקציה יותר! גם כשהאפליקציה עבדה - הרמה המקצועית של כל מחלקת הדיגיטל במכבי נמוכה ביותר. התמיכה הטכנית לא קיימת, באגים מדווחים לא נפתרים במשך חודשים, נציגים ״רובוטיים״ שלא פותרים כלום. בושה וחרפה שלקופת חולים הכי גדולה במדינה יש אפליקציה כל כך נוראית ורמה כל כך נמוכה בשירותים דיגיטלים. ולראיה גם כל הביקורות האחרות כאן.

When I try to sign it is just says “authentication failed.” I can log in with the same credentials on my computer. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times to no avail. Useless.

This is an app that is very important for members if maccabi. Unfortunately IT DOESNT WORK!!!

Although I am learning Hebrew, it is a slow learning process for me and there is just no way I can navigate this app. Even when I put it into Google Chrome it won't translate. So for me the app is useless as I know it is for many other other English speakers that have not yet mastered the language

Version 3.44.2 is as atrocious as the last several versions of this app. You cannot set an appointment or even search for a doctor most of the time. The amount of times it simply crashed…impossibly awful.

In a time where almost every service in this country is available in English or other languages, for the high percentage of people who speak other languages, it is quite odd that the leading healthcare provider in Israel has an app that is only in Hebrew. It is such a simple change to make yet one that doesn’t seem to be anywhere on the list of priorities. Maybe at some point the 20%-30% of the country that is non Hebrew speaking can get service with Maccabi. Sincerely, The Olim Community

Am very displeased, that you changed your software on my iPhone. I’m a 77 year old lady, and cannot get into online website at all! Have been trying quite a few times in the last 3 weeks. I’ve called Maccabi services, 5 times today alone, as I wanted to order medications. The staff was nice, but they could not get me in on my iPhone. Eventually I used my IPad. (No computer). Though my iPhone still doesn’t work.

horrible app and horrible services. do not recommend

Being new to Israel (our family moved July 2022) still haven’t learned enough Hebrew to navigate the app comfortably. Yes, there’s Google translate but I can’t even login to the app to begin with and neither can the nice ladies in my local maccabi office. I was told to contact the maccabi admin and ask them to help me login to access my medical records. More lines more frustration with something that is intended to make medical records easier to access. This app need to be more user friendly if it’s the only way insurance companies will send communications. Israel is full of new immigrants from English speaking countries there must be an English option available it isn’t difficult to add this function .

English is the international lingua franca and is spoken even as a second language throughout every Europen country and even Asia and South America. Yet in Israel’s official institutions and even its international Banks it’s almost impossible to find an English speaking representative at any level. Many English Olim made aliya after retirement (I am 88) when learning a new language especially like Hebrew, is very difficult. So surely Israel should make a greater effort to improve the range of its English speaking population. I also made Aliya after retirement and am 89 so learning Ivrit beyond elementary colloquialisms is well nigh impossible. The lack of English speakers is astonishing in an advanced, developed and sophisticated country like Israel - even more so in international Banks and medical institutions when English is the language of medicine. Furthermore English is conspicuously absent from notices and signs but French and Russian are used quite widely. Worse still is the absence of English on the main phone booking and Enquiries system although the option is offered!

I’m a student in Israel and I don’t know the language yet. Why can’t you make an English option for this app?

I have to log in about 30 times to book an appointment bc every time I’m about to book what I want the app refreshes and logs me out.

There’s no possibility to watch a prescription, letter or recommendation from a doctor. Any of them in PDF format opens as a blank page with nothing.

I’m able to successfully log into Macabi using my laptop and android phone. However, when I try in my iPhone, it won’t accept my password and keeps telling me the identification failed. I tried everything to solve this, new password, reinstalled it, tried with the phone’s browsers, nothing worked!!

The app takes FOREVER to perform simple actions like logging in or getting test results. Sometimes over 1 min to log in over Wi-Fi or cell.

The app is unreliable and janky. It works one day and doesn’t work another day. It’s only in Hebrew, I’d Macabi cared they could offer English.

כדי לקבוע תורים למעבדה האפליקציה כותבת מפורשות שאפשר לשריין תורים דרך אפליקציה נוספת בשם MyVisit. עכשיו בואו נשים רגע בצד את העובדה שרק אנשים מאד טכנולוגים מסוגלים לתפעל את המערכות האלה כמו שצריך מה שיוצר אפליה כי אני במקרה אדם טכנולוגי. בפועל עשיתי את כל flow ההרשמה כנדרש, הגעתי למעבדה ללקיחת דם וגיליתי שאין לי בכלל תור רשום (למרות שבMyVisit קיבלתי מספר בתור לכאורה) ועכשיו עליי להמתין לפחות שעה אם לא יותר כדי להיבדק. מערכת כושלת.

Almost useless app,every step requires calling the insurance company / doctor. You can only see very basic information. Too bad that on the phone they now redirect back to this app. This app is almost a reason to switch from this medical provider. PS the app doesn't have a basic translation (hard to translate 20 menu items?)

You guys gotta figure out a way to make this app accessible to non-Hebrew speakers.

למה אני צריך להזדהות אחרי כל לחיצה על כפתור?!? למה האפליקציה שלכם כל כך גרועה? למה אפליקציות של קופות חולים אחרות יותר טובות? אתם לא אמורים להיות ״הטובים ביותר״?

Please offer in English

Recent app update causes disconnects and service unavailable errors. You cannot stay logged in for more than a few seconds.

I am an olah hadash only here one month in Israel. I downloaded this app and deleted it within 1 min. Why? Because there is no other language option other than Hebrew. Yes I am in ulpan and trying to learn Hebrew as fast as possible, but I am not a savant and need to have an English language option available for me to understand my healthcare on your website and your app. Ridiculous.

Sorry to let you know but not everyone of your customers can use the Hebrew apps, especially the old people. My parents are to old to learn the languages and for them it is not possible to understand any of features in your app. Unfortunately it is the only possible way to be online and to be updated is using this app. Russian and English versions are going to be very helpful.

Something as desperately important as Health Care in 2021 should be available in the primary languages spoken in Israel. This means Hebrew, Arabic, Russian and English. It can take HOURS to reach someone on the telephone in English to make an appointment. There is no excuse to limit this app to Hebrew when the country is in a pandemic and people still need to do things like make doctors appointments. It is a horrible thing to harm people’s health by making it difficult to communicate in more than one language. It is shameful. Please make your app available in English, Arabic and Russian. It’s a matter of HEALTH FOR ISRAELI CITIZENS who are not all fluent in Hebrew. Please!!!

אחלה אפליקציה. לא נתקלתי בנתיים בבעיות והאפליקציה ממש ממש נוחה.

Erased all my data after updating. cannot do anything, very buggy

After last update this app started to work much better, but still there is a problems with connection and etc

The app was okay before. Now it’s so confusing.

מאז שהאפליקציה עברה עיצוב מחדש אין אפשרות להתחבר אליה. לא משנה כמה פעמים מנסה ולמרות שמערכת ההפעלה והאפליקציה מעודכנות לגרסאות האחרונות. מה יהיה? פעם זו היתה אפליקציה מצויינת שנותנת מענה זמין והיום לא שווה כלום!

Description says English and Hebrew but there is no English option. That makes this app totally useless to me.

מכבי, ברוכה הבאה למאה ה 21, סוף סוף אפליקציה שעובדת בשבילי! המשיכו כך.

בהפעלה ראשונה של האפליקציה, בעודי יושב בהרצאה רבת משתתפים, הופתעתי והובכתי מהפעלה אוטומטית של הדרכה קולית. לא ראיתי איך להשתיקה ונאלצתי לצאת בבהילות מהאפליקציה. אח״כ, בעת כתיבת הודעה לרופא, התברר שאין אפשרות לערוך טקסט באמצע הודעה והדרך היחידה לשנות טקסט הוא למחוק את כל הטקסט מנקודת השינוי ועד סופה. התנהגות מסורבלת שלא תואמת ציפיותי מאפליקציה חדשה.

The app worked fine until the last update. It doesn’t download. Impossible to make appointments because it is stuck in download status

It was a significant improvement over the last several months. It's a pleasure to use application today. Keep going!

ביצעתי עדכון 2.29 ומאז לא מצליח להכנס לאתר מכבי. מחקתי את האפליקציה וביצעתי התקנה מחדש אך זה לא עזר עדיין לא ניתן להכנס לאתר לטיפולכם

The app still crashes and is unusable. Shame It’s almost a year since the crashes have been reported.

Was fine for me until the latest update liked it very much - when I call no one in Macabbi can help to stop the app from crashing all kinds of excuses such as delete some other apps maybe that can help?? there’s no! tech help and no one knows anything in regard to this app for me it was great using it before the update but now its simply worthless - Macabbi may be a good health ins plan but they are lousy when it comes to electronics and this app in particular...
